In one of the villages in Kustia, Bangladesh, Innovare has employed a group of about 400 women to handicraft household items. Training is provided to the women by experts in handicrafts who have been hired to supervise the manufacture of these products.

Innovare is ZamZam Foundation’s foreign partner registered in the country of Bangladesh. It is responsible for executing different ZamZam projects, mainly encompassing procurement of human resources and managing product manufacturing for different products. One of the significant examples of work currently being done by Innovare includes Handicraft Product Manufacturing, where a group of 150 women is being trained to manufacture products using Banana Psuedo-Stem, Jute Plant, and other recyclable and reusable materials.
